A peaceful project as the neighbors are not chaotic.
A peaceful project as the neighbors are not chaotic. Our house has 2 stories with 3 bedrooms. Inside, the house is durable without any cracks. I didn't buy it with furniture, so I had to manage to get it myself. So far, I'm fine with everything, except for the project's road, which should be improved a bit, as it is still a concrete road and quite dirty. The project is near Bangkok Hospital, We Cafe at Samkong branch, and many famous restaurants. Tesco Lotus, and Big C. Plus, Central Festival Phuket is not distant.

I bought the house since it's newly completed. I bought it here because its location is in the Sam Kong area near Bangkok Hospital within walking distance. It's also close to Tesco Lotus, Big C, and not far from Central Festival Shopping Mall. The house I bought is a 2 story house with interior materials that are strong and durable. There is also a security guard, the neighbors are not bothering, and the price is inexpensive, Worth it!
Villa in the Phuket Town with a convenient traveling
I am warmly welcomed by the staff very well. The villa is located in the heart of Talat Yai with many facilities, including a swimming pool, regularly cleaned. It's perfect for those who love convenience as everything facilitates everyday life, close to many important places. For example, restaurants, convenience stores, and Phuket tourist attractions match all my life. Besides, this place has a good management system with quality staff and neighbors.
Great location
I have rented here for almost 2 years since moving into Phuket to work. Great location, located in the Sam Kong district. It's near the hospital, many markets, and restaurants. People are friendly, and the surrounding atmosphere is quiet. Okay.
