the village is private and tranquil. the security system is high quality. visitors must always show id cards for security. there is a large common area, including a swimming pool, a fitness center, a clubhouse, and staff are also taking good care. the house is a 2-story detached house in a corner land plot, making the front garden a bit wider. i've only visited once, but i really enjoy the atmosphere, and i'm impressed. traveling is also convenient, whether it's into town or out to other provinces because it's in the middle of the island. highly recommended!

i really love the house design in this project in japanese style. it really gives a sense of japan, decorated with simplicity which looks minimalist. the house has 3 bedrooms and a car park, suitable as a home for a small family because the space is quite limited. as there is not a large outdoor area, it’s not recommended for pets. the location is excellent, close to the british international school and in front of the village there are many food shops. traveling is also convenient, and there is a large park near the village that is good for exercise and very shady too!

our daughter’s family lives here. i feel this place is fantastic and located in a good location. it is very near bypass road and ikea phuket, easy to get in and out of town. there is a lot of green space, nice decoration with high air quality. the house also comes with beautifully designed and spacious areas that can park 2 cars. the project offers a good security system, and the staff is friendly. great value. i would recommend this place for people looking for a lovely home in phuket, especially for a family, because it is close to shopping malls, hospitals, etc. it is very convenient.

rpm is quite a unique project. doesn't matter if you are a boating enthusiast or not, the marina is an active yet peaceful setting to live or holiday. the condominiums have a great private gym, tennis courts in addition to a world class marina. the project itself is really a playground for leisure activities and relaxment. highly recommend!

it is a quiet village. the house has a beautiful and modern design. there are 2 floors with 3 bedrooms as described in the advertisement picture. i am impressed with the project facilities as there is a strict security system, a clubhouse, swimming pool, and fitness center for residents. also, there is a spacious park. most of the neighbors here are foreigners. the location is excellent in the middle of the island and close to the bypass road, easy to travel into town or go to the thalang area. it’s also next to the bis school. in this neighborhood, food is easy to find. most of them are islamic food because it is a place where the muslims live a lot.

my friend lives here with her family. the place is comfortable and private and conveniently close to shopping malls such as ikea phuket, central festival phuket, and easy travel to town and other areas. i like the atmosphere here! the house comes with a big bedroom, living space, parking, and 24-hours security service. excellent value! suitable for long-term residents, especially for a family as it is also close to the schools.

at first, i’d searched for many places but decided to buy a house in this project because i trust its quality with many phases developed. i bought a single-story home with 3 bedrooms, and the usable area is extensive. the house looks durable. as it is a second-hand house, there will be some renovation, but the owner managed to fix it quickly. my family and i just moved in two months ago. well, the project is good because there is always a security guard in charge. the atmosphere is very peaceful and pleasant. there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient especially in rush hours. also, it is not far from tesco lotus extra phuket, big c phuket, and central festival phuket. it is easy to travel. it is the perfect place to stay.

the atmosphere of the village is peaceful and shady. there is a swimming pool, fitness center and a public park available for residents. the neighbors are also lovely and friendly. there are both thai and foreigners. the security system here is stringent. it requires a key card to access. the house is modernly designed with a set of standard furniture. the outdoor area is a yard for pets. that's nice!

the atmosphere is pleasant, very close to nature and eye-soothing from the greenery of trees. the project is located on a quiet hill. the staff can speak a bit of english and chinese. most of the guests are chinese tourists which are a bit noisy when they come. the rooms are private. in the morning, there is a large balcony where you may chill and relax. kitchen equipment is provided, including a microwave and a kettle. the bathroom is spacious and includes a bathtub. the furniture is a little worn, but it still functions. a swimming pool, a parking lot, and a dining room are all provided. however, the location is not at all suitable because the surroundings do not have any facilities. it is necessary to use a car to see various tourist destinations.
